Design & Prepare
One of our designers will work closely with you to make sure your vision is clearly interpreted. Your personal requests and ambitions will be integrated into the design and budget of your build. You will receive a set of proposed plans and a quote for your unique build at this stage. Once you are comfortable with the design, you will approve the plans as final. You will then seek planning permission from local authorities to place your build on your chosen site.
Construction Starts
At this point you will pay your first deposit. Work can now commence on the construction of your modular home. While your building is underway you choose the aesthetic features of your build such as tiles, flooring and paint colour.
The Groundwork
While your home is being completed, the initial site work gets underway, with everything from clearing the lot and digging the waterwaste system to laying a foundation and grounding the electrical system.
Delivery of Unit
When the modular unit is delivered to site, it is set onto the foundation, and construction continues mechanical installation and finishing touches. Once the whole structure is inspected, you are free to do a walk through. Handover will take place and you can officially occupy your new modular unit!
