Arch-I Modular Solutions provided Killinkere NS with two modular buildings in 2023; a bespoke Sensory Room and a Mainstream Classroom.
From the outset and throughout the planning stage, Arch -I staff made the journey seamless and provided excellent support as well as professional solutions to our requirements for both spaces. Site work and construction was carried out safely and with minimum disruption to daily school life.
The design and finish were of a high standard and aesthetically pleasing, with both new spaces enhancing our school accommodation greatly.
We work with Arch-I across several projects in multiple different sectors, such as Education, Healthcare, and Residential. They are highly professional and collaborate with us in a professional and approachable manner.
Their communication is clear and they provide regular updates on a project’s progression, ensuring that we are always informed. I would highly recommend Arch-I for their efficiency and delivery on projects.
Working with them is a seamless experience from the initial inspections right through to the final delivery of a project.
Great to see this project delivered by Arch-I Modular Solutions👏
This semi-detached, two storey residential steel frame system in Cavan Town is a strong example of how light gauge steel framing supports modern, future ready housing. Designed with flexibility in mind, the structure allows for potential loft conversion while delivering long term durability and performance🏠
We’re proud to have supported Arch-I on this transition, working closely with their team on system development, including membrane selection, build-up location, and WUFI analysis to optimise hygrothermal performance. Partel EXOPERM MONO 250 SA was supplied as part of the external envelope solution, contributing to airtightness, weather protection, and long term durability!
A strong example of long standing collaboration supporting innovation and high performance residential construction👏🏻
Arch-I built two autism and a mainstream modular building for our school. I found Matt and his team very easy to work with and they set realistic targets for the completion of the projects. The buildings are modern, bright and easy to heat. I would recommend Arch-I to any business/company as I would be willing to work with them again in the future.

Arch-I Modular Solutions Ltd specialises in light gauge steel (LGS) framing, off-site modular construction and structural steel fabrication. We provide design, manufacturing, supply and installation services for residential, commercial, educational and industrial projects throughout Ireland.
Light gauge steel framing is a modern construction method using precision-engineered, cold-formed steel sections to create structural wall panels, floors and roof systems. Our framing systems are manufactured off-site using FrameCAD technology, providing dimensional accuracy, reduced site waste and efficient installation.
Light gauge steel framing offers excellent dimensional stability, strength and durability. Unlike timber, steel does not rot, warp or attract termites. Its precision manufacturing also helps minimise material waste, improve construction accuracy and reduce installation times. Steel is also recyclable, making it an attractive option for modern construction.
Yes. We manufacture light gauge steel framing to suit individual project requirements. Our FrameCAD manufacturing process allows steel sections to be accurately cut, punched and labelled for efficient assembly. We can supply individual steel members, panelised framing systems and complete structural framing packages depending on the project specification.
Modular construction involves manufacturing building components or complete volumetric modules in a controlled factory environment before transporting them to site for installation. This approach reduces the amount of work required on-site, improves quality control and can significantly shorten construction programmes compared with traditional building methods.
We provide modular building solutions for a wide range of applications, including educational facilities, classrooms, commercial buildings, offices and bespoke garden units. Our modular systems can be designed around specific project requirements, with flexibility in building layouts, dimensions and architectural finishes.
Yes. Alongside our light gauge steel and modular construction services, we provide structural steel fabrication solutions. Our capabilities support a range of construction projects requiring fabricated steel components and structural assemblies. Arch-I operates with EN 1090 and ISO 9001 accreditation, supporting quality-controlled manufacturing processes.
You can contact Arch-I Modular Solutions through our website to discuss your project requirements. Providing architectural drawings, structural information, approximate dimensions and your intended construction programme will help our team assess your enquiry. We can then discuss suitable steel framing, modular construction or fabrication solutions and the next steps towards a quotation.
Quality and compliance are built into every Light Gauge Steel framing project we deliver. Our manufacturing processes are backed by EN 1090 certification for the fabrication of structural steel components and ISO 9001 certification for quality management. These internationally recognised standards demonstrate our commitment to producing steel framing systems that are manufactured consistently, accurately and in line with recognised industry requirements.
For our clients, this means greater confidence in the quality of every frame, full traceability throughout the manufacturing process, and the reassurance that your project is being delivered by a company that prioritises quality, compliance and continuous improvement from design through to installation.
