Creighan manor marks a significant milestone as Arch-i Modular Solutions’ first residential unit constructed using light gauge steel (LGS) technology. Designed and engineered to demonstrate innovation, efficiency, and sustainability, this project exemplifies a new standard in modern modular housing. 

The unit was precision-manufactured off-site, with each panel-comprising structural LGS framing, load-bearing cement board and external airtightness-delivered ready for installation. On-site erection was completed efficiently, ensuring exceptional airtightness and structural integrity. The panelized delivery approach minimised construction time, reduced material waste, and allowed for superior Quality control compared to traditional methods.
