The responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to the following:
• Processing payroll.
• Preparation and submission of VAT and RCT returns.
• Preparation of bank reconciliations, raising sales invoices, credit notes and statements .
• Inputting supplier invoices, credit note and reconciliation of
• Organising payments to suppliers.
• Project and PO reconciliation.
• Responsible for the maintenance of debtors and creditors, ledger and nominal account postings.
• Review of debtors and follow up actions.
• Production of quarterly management accounts.
• Providing various financial data for management.
• Identifying and implementing of administrative efficiencies.
• Performing general administrative duties as necessary.
Requirements and skills:
• Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software especially Xero
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work on own initiative and to tight deadlines.
