Established in 2020, we identified demand for high-quality modular buildings that could compete with traditional construction on both speed and build quality. Five years later, we've grown from small modular units to handling major commercial and residential developments across Ireland.
We launched Arch-I Modular Solutions in November 2020 after identifying a gap in the market. Clients needed high-quality, sustainable buildings that could be transported efficiently and installed quickly, but most modular options compromised on either quality or capability. We set out to change that.
Our first projects focused on smaller modular units where we could prove our manufacturing quality and establish our processes. Within the first year, we'd completed enough projects to understand what the market actually needed: faster delivery without sacrificing build standards, and the ability to scale from single units to major developments.
Year on year, we've improved our product to meet a greater range of sectors. We added 2D panelised systems to handle buildings too large for volumetric construction. We brought steel fabrication in-house to control quality and timescales. We achieved ISO 9001 certification to formalise our quality management systems. Today we're handling commercial & residential developments that would have been beyond our capability when we started.
